Creative Hair Designs is a full service salon open 6 days a week and can accommodate your schedule. 
The owner and sole proprietor, Phyl, has been creating hair styles for over twenty five years and is looking forward to changing your "Hair Cut" into a Hair Style.

Our History

Creative Hair Designs by Phyl has been in business since 1997 and was originally located on San Mateo and recently opened a new shop to offer a more dedicated one to one service for its customers. Please see the new shop images here.
